BACK TO SCHOOL INFORMATION 24-25
DEAR WILDCAT FAMILIES,
We are so excited to welcome our newest Wildcats and to welcome back our returning Wildcats and all our families to Wester for the 24-25 school year! We hope you had a great summer! We are preparing for an outstanding school year, and we can't wait to partner with all of you and being a part of your students' learning and growth. Here are a few key points to get the year started!
PICK-UP/DROP-OFF 8:15-4:15
- Designated drop off & pick up are in the front 2 parking lots/drive of the school.
- The side parking lot is for busses & staff only.
- Front doors open at 8:15am for students to enter the building.
- If you need to walk up with a student please do not park in the drop off area. Pull into a parking spot.
- Dismissal is at 4:15pm, no placards needed, all pick-up is the two parking lots in front ONLY.
- We caution you not to use Chandler Park as a drop off or pick up location, as the park is not monitored by staff.
SCHEDULES
- Schedules will be viewable in Skyward on August 12th.
- No schedule change requests will be honored unless a core class is missing or doubled up.
DRESS CODE / IDs
- IDs will be mandatory everyday and will cost $5 to replace.
- The first ID will be free and will be issued in Social Studies classes the first 3 days of school.
- Dress code will be enforced the first day of class and can be found HERE.
- Cell phones must be in backbacks at all times. At no time can they be visible during the school day. This includes cafeteria, hallways, classrooms, and gym.
- Please contact the office if you need to send a message to your student. They will not have access to their phones at anytime during the day.
- Thank you for your understandinng.
- The students will report to 4th block and the teacher will let them know if they have 1st or 2nd lunch
- No lunch drop-offs are allowed, but you may bring your student lunch to the cafeteria. You may bring food for your student ONLY.
- If possible, we encourage you pack a lunch for the first few days, while the students get the routines down.
