This year's district theme is all about history and the legacy we leave behind. We want to teach our students about Ex-Students and where they are today. We are focusing, as educators, on the impact we have on our students and how we want to be remembered. We will also assist our students in setting goals for themselves and promote not only college and career goals, but also character and integrity expectations. History has its eyes on the Panthers!

My name is Kelli Clark. I have a Bachelors in Criminal Justice and am working towards my Masters in Clinical Psychology. I worked at Groesbeck Middle School last year and before that worked 4.5 years at the Texas Juvenile Justice Department here in Mart. I am a single mom of two teenagers and live in Groesbeck.

Communities in schools is designed to help keep kids from falling through the gaps. I am here to provide four main categories of services to kids in need in order to help them grow and successfully transition through the phases of school. These service categories include: basic needs/social services, academic assistance, attendance interventions, and mental and behavioral health. I can connect families to social services or community programs, gather donations for raffles, prizes, etc. for motivators, and have helped gather donations for Thanksgiving meals and Christmas presents for those families without. Also, I connect students with outside tutors to help them with their homework.
