What's Happening at Central Crossing High School
Key Club Canned Food Drive: Thursday, November 14th-Friday, November 22nd
Key Club hosts this event every year to support our local food banks. We compete with the other high schools in the district to bring in the most food items. We have been the high school champions for the past 4 years. Last year we were the champion among ALL schools in the entire district and we would love to maintain the reputation that Central Crossing has spent years establishing.
Last year CCHS brought in 6,466 cans--the most of any school. This was the 4th straight year we "officially" beat Grove City and received a trophy for it. Our donations helped to provide food for the White Christmas program which provides nourishing means for hundreds of families of all denominations over winter break. All remaining items are donated to the Grove City Food Pantry.
