New Faces!
We are excited to welcome two new additions to our staff! Mrs. England will be going on maternity leave after Christmas break, and covering for her will be Miss Lizzie Beeson. Miss Beeson is a 2017 graduate of Holy Name, and we are thrilled to have her here working with our students over the next few months!
We will also be saying farewell to our middle school science teacher, Mrs. Mohler, after Christmas break, as she embarks on an exciting new opportunity and will be attending PA school. We are excited to welcome Mrs. Brenda Luna to our middle school team. Mrs. Luna comes to us as a teacher from Franklin Township, but has been around Holy Name for several years as a parent.
Please help us welcome Lizzie and Brenda to our staff!
2nd Grade Service Project
Coming in January, we'll be collecting new and gently used winter coats, hats, gloves, and scarves to be donated to Beech Grove's very own Servant's Heart. As your children receive new winter items over the holiday season, please consider saving their old items to donate to our Winter Gear Drive. More info will be coming after Christmas. Thank you!

In celebration of Catholic Schools Week, CYO Camp Rancho Framasa is excited to host a T-shirt design contest! We invite campers and students to submit their designs for the official camp shirt for Summer 2025.
Submission Details:
• Designs can be submitted from January 1 to January 29
• The deadline for submissions is January 29.
• The winning design will be announced During Catholic Schools Week - Friday, January 31.For more information, please contact Lauren at camp.

Roncalli Choir and Band Christmas Concerts
Tickets went on sale for the annual choir and band Christmas concerts on Wednesday, November 27! You will not want to miss these holiday performances, so get your tickets early! The Roncalli choirs will perform on Wednesday, December 11, and the RHS bands will perform on Thursday, December 12.
Completing Roncalli's Application for Admission
Roncalli is excited to welcome the Class of 2029 next fall! The application for admission is now available online at https://roncalli.schooladminonline.com/users/sign_in. As a reminder, the application/registration fee is $100, and it will increase to $150 after January 15, 2025. All fees are nonrefundable.
Once the application is complete, please continue through the Checklist Items in the Parent Portal. For those who have not been in a South Deanery Catholic grade school for grades seven and eight, one of those next steps will include scheduling an admissions interview for January 14, 15 or 16. For those who do not need an admissions interview, Allie Ross, director of admissions and marketing, will email you with appointment times for scheduling courses.
