Student will continue taking Kentucky Summative Assessments on May 14th. Please speak to your student about the importance of doing their best on these assessments.

• Each student's testing location is listed in the main hallway. There will be adults in the main hallway on testing days providing directions for students who have forgotten/need a reminder.
• All testing takes place online - students should charge their school-issued Chromebook each night and bring their charger (just in case).
• Cell phones and smartwatches must be turned off from 8:25a until the end of testing 11:30. Students will place their cell phones on the teachers desk during testing.
• Students who arrive late to school will not be permitted to test and will report to the theatre for their testing block.
• Any student whose behavior negatively impacts the testing environment will be removed and will report to their Academy Principal.
• Once testing is complete, students will report to their respective block and follow their schedule for the remainder of each testing day.

All students completing classes on Edmentum must be finished by June 18. After this date they will not have access to their classes and any progress will not be saved.

Our finals schedule may be viewed HERE. Tech schools students will attend their tech school as schedule and will work with their academy principal to take their TCHS finals at an alternate time. If your student needs to take a final early, they must contact their academy principal for approval.

Updated fee letters were mailed home on Monday, March 25. All fees are due yearly and seniors must have a $0 balance prior to graduation. Fees may be brought to the main office and may be paid via cash or check.

The Gold Tassel list has been posted outside of the Main Office. Graduating seniors who have earned a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher are eligible to wear a Gold Tassel at graduation. The cost of the tassel is $7.00, and they can be purchased in the main office. Cash or check only; we cannot accept cards or electronic payments.

Senior Chromebooks and chargers are due to Mrs. Nunemaker by Friday, May 17. Students may stop by the Media Center to return their device and check to make sure their library account is clear for Graduation. The replacement cost for a lost chromebook is $200. Lost chargers are $25.

This will contain a current list of scholarship opportunities that have been provided to the counseling office for 2023-2024. Scholarships are listed in the order that they are received and not be when they are due. Please pay close attention to deadlines. College-specific scholarships are NOT posted on our website. Make sure you check scholarship opportunities at your colleges too! Each college offers several scholarships specific to their school that can only be found on that college's website.
