The Bulletin Board Club completed a winter themed bulletin board this week with a message to spread kindness.

Our amazing MVVS PTA is sponsoring our book fair again this year. We are so fortunate to have volunteers who pour out so much for our school. We have seen many students with smiles and books this week. The book fair will be open on Saturday, 4-6p during our Winter Wonderland event. Thank you for your support!

Our MVVS PTA is coordinating our festive Winter Wonderland event for this weekend. All are welcome on Saturday!

Mrs. Jennings, our Librarian/Digital Specialist, will be sharing monthly Tech Tips in a newsletter format. Please click here for the latest edition!

We are so excited to see so many students reading and logging their minutes! As a school community we have read over 70,000 minutes so far. To reach our goal of 1 MILLION MINUTES we need to keep going. Right now we have about 80 students participating, with plenty of room for more! We are excited to congratulate this week's reading log raffle winners Nick Valenzuela and Ennis Ford.

Want something to do while you are preparing for the holiday season? Why don’t you give these festive math challenges a try? The following challenges are active from December 6 to December 13, so bust out those blankets and hook yourself up with some hot chocolate. Lunch with your 4th Grader will be Thursday, December 19th. On the menu that day will be chicken pot pie, honey wheat biscuit, peas & carrots. Please RSVP by Wednesday December 18th to Mrs. Soucy at ssoucy@sau39.org or call the office at 603-673-5141. Please plan to arrive by 10:45 to sign in, lunch begins at 10:55.
