Comments, suggestions, and recommendations
I don't think that I eat that healthy. I should definitely start eating more fruits and vegetables and work out more. I would suggest for myself to try to cut back all the junk food and greasy food and replacing them with something better. I can try and go a whole week without any junk food and only good things so then maybe I can get used to not eating bad.
Summary
You should definitely keep eating a lot of protein. Always make sure to get all your vitamins because it can lead to a healthy lifestyle. It's good to have minerals like sodium, calcium, and iron. Vitamin. B helps produce energy, vitamin C helps immune system and general health.
