Parenting With Purpose
Raising children isn't a one-size-fits-all journey, and as caregivers, we often hear conflicting advice on the "best" practices. That's why we’re hosting our Parenting with a Purpose Zoom calls each month to provide accessible, bite-sized education on child development. These sessions are designed to empower you as your child's first and most important teacher, with practical tips, insights, and the opportunity for questions. Join other families and learn in a space designed specifically for families with young children.
Our expert, Sally Sweitzer, founder of Healing Solutions LLC, brings years of experience in supporting families and young children, ensuring a meaningful and supportive experience.

Music and Movement with Miss Sally
Join us for our newly redesigned, monthly Music and Movement Group! This exciting program will rotate bimonthly between our Hopkinton and Natick locations, offering a fun and engaging way for your whole family to connect through music. We invite children ages 2.5 and older, along with siblings and caregivers, to join in the fun with songs, instruments, dancing, and more!
Music and movement are not only enjoyable but also incredibly beneficial for young children's development. Research shows that music helps build crucial cognitive, social, and emotional skills while enhancing motor coordination. It supports language development, increases literacy skills, and boosts creativity. This playgroup encourages physical development, coordination, and self-expression. Our Music and Movement Group is more than just fun—it's an opportunity to promote your child's development while bonding with other families. We can’t wait to see you dance, sing, and groove with us!
