We thank our 8th Grade Media Interns for compiling our weekly "Hear Our Students' segment. Each week they will choose another topic surrounding school activities. We love their talents and creativity!

This week, students were asked about their favorite book. As we prepare to celebrate literacy in the month of March, ask your child to describe their favorite book.

The Knights of Columbus are hosting a tribute concert on Saturday, March 29th at St. Pius Church. See the flyer below for more information. A portion of the net proceeds benefit All Saints Academy. Tickets are on sale at St. Christopher 2/15 and 2/16 and at St Ann 2/22 and 2/23. Come out and have a great night with the Knights!

To celebrate literacy, we are planning March to be a month full of activities to promote reading across all grade levels. Part of the celebration will include mystery readers. Drawings are made each day. Students select a prize of their choice from a variety of great options. Check out two of our recent winners! Great prizes still left~there is still time to get in the drawing.

Pictured below are a sampling of students involved in our Debate Club. This is the perfect opportunity to learn research skills and persuasive writing techniques. Student participating in debate will master the art of argument while building their confidence in public speaking.

Clubs are scheduled every other week and are a great opportunity for students to interact with other classes and teachers based on interest levels. This semester we are offering a variety of club selections including: Debate Club, Volleyball, Puzzles and Games, Chess, STEM, Building, and more!

Congratulations to all our teams! It was a great season full of friendship and fun. We look forward to building this program into the future. Many thanks to our AD, Mr. Rosario and the many parent volunteers who promoted teamwork throughout the season!
