We are very excited to begin our ELPAC testing this month. Please see below for more details. We are also entering the last few months of our 2024-2025 school year. We will continue with more activities after Spring Break. We do appreciate all the support from our community and want to continue encouraging everyone to join our PTO and become members. We will begin our ELPAC Testing the week of 3/3/25. English Learner students will be assessed in the following domains: Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking.

As we begin the second half of the 2024-2025 school year, we appreciate your support in bringing students to school everyday on time. We would like to share some of our chronic absenteeism data for the first half of the school year. First, let's define chronic absenteeism.

Chronic Absenteeism: missing 10% or more of school days due to absence for any reason—excused, unexcused absences and suspensions.

There are 180 days of school every year. There have been 88 days of school up to our December break. If your student has missed 9 or more days of school, they are currently chronically absent. To help improve their attendance, let's work together this second half of the school year to get them to school on time and everyday. Below you will see chronic absenteeism data for our school and each grade level. You will also see some infographics on why attendance is important.
