Well, certainly Freedom's favorite holiday is Independence Day. Our phone number is 239-427-1776 after all. I hope you have wonderful plans with family and friends as we celebrate The United States of America’s independence together as a united country.

Our summer has been busy and exciting at Freedom thus far, intaking both returning and new Eagles. Our process is quite a bit different than factory model high schools, as we detail each Eagles’ career and academic needs with families. We believe our concierge touch, including tailor-made course schedules, is one of the Freedom differences that will lead to a different and superior level of preparation for Freedom graduates.

The building is undergoing renovations for improved lighting, a fourth classroom, and other touches to continue to enhance the learning experience for all of our stakeholders. Our Freedom Team is also undergoing curriculum development and improvements, professional growth, and team building. It is amazing to watch Freedom improving every day in every way.

Thank you for your support, for trusting us as partners in your child’s education, and for embracing this wonderful time of the year as a proud American. Happy 4th of July.

Hope everyone is enjoying their summer! We want to remind you that anyone receiving a scholarship from Step-Up for Students needs to go into their platform, upload their test scores, and complete their student learning plan. This is a requirement to receive funds for the upcoming year. Please reach out to us if you need any help.

We have been so excited to see many of our students back over the last week, as we have started our scheduling meetings with clients and families. These meetings reassure us that students are getting a custom-designed schedule that meets their personal needs and continues them down the path of personal excellence.

I can't believe it's July and next month we will be beginning year 2 at Freedom! What a wonderful experience the first year was and I know that the 24-25 school year will be even better! I look forward to meeting and welcoming many of our new clients and learning with them during my ELA, test prep, and career courses! I hope everyone is enjoying their summer and the much-needed time to rejuvenate and refresh. See you all soon!

I hope everyone is having a relaxing summer. My summer days at Freedom are filled with preparation for our Eagles to return, breaking down our new Consumerism 2 class and prepping for U.S. History. I look forward to seeing all of your smiling faces when we return on August 13th!

The Freedom staff was happy to participate in the Fort Myers Homeschool Fair in Babcock Ranch hosted by Thrive Communities. We met many great families, made connections, and Ms. Garafola even got to hold a snake while volunteering in the animal show!

The Freedom staff was happy to participate in the Naples Homeschool Fair in Golden Gate Estates, again, hosted by Thrive Communities. We met many great families, made connections, and observed another awesome animal show. It is great to get out into the community and build relationships!

The Freedom Institute of Collier County was represented by our disc golf team at the annual Estero Doubles Disc Tournament!!! Mr. Marker and Dr. Poteet were among the staff members who competed. SOAR EAGLE!!!!

The Freedom Institute was so honored to have Governor Ron DeSantis visit us in the 2023-2024 school year and speak to our students, families, and community members about the importance of parental choice for education. His visit was exciting, and we are thankful he took the time out of his busy schedule to visit and support us.

Freedom has limited enrollment availability for the 2024-2025 school year. Building tours are still available and we would love to show you around our Freedom facility.
