Edmond Santa Fe HS will have it's graduation ceremony on May 17th, 2024 at 7:30 pm in the Santa Fe Stadium. Gates open to attendees at 6:00 pm. If weather postpones the event on Friday the 17th, it will take place at the same time on Saturday the 18th.

Semester Tests will take place on Wednesday, May 22nd and Thursday, May 23rd. On May 22nd, tests will take place for Hours 1, 3, 5, 7. On May 23rd, Tests will take place for Hours 2, 4, 6, 7.

Passes to check-out will not be given to students once a Semester Test has started and will need to be pre-arranged prior to the beginning of a Semester Test. Parents may contact the Freshman Office or Attendance Office to give permission for a pass to leave campus before school ends.

Juniors and Seniors are able to qualify for Semester Test Exemptions, but the process looks different for each group. Juniors may only excuse two semester tests, and the exemption has to be in a class where the student is making an A or a B and is on track to receive credit based on attendance. Seniors may exempt any class where the student is making an A or a B and is on track to receive credit based on attendance. Teachers will update grades by Tuesday, May 14th. The grade on May 14th is the grade that will determine whether the student qualifies for an exemption. The exemption must be communicated between student and teacher by May 21, 2024 (the the day before finals begin).

Senior Students may check in their chromebooks beginning May 16th. If a Senior needs to keep the chromebook for final exams, then it will be turned in on May 22nd or 23rd (Semester Test Days).

Underclassmen students will keep their current chromebooks over the summer and then return to school with them in August. Returning students will not turn in their chromebooks.

Non-returning underclassmen students will turn in their chromebooks on May 22nd or 23rd (Semester Test Days).

• Congratulations to our Boy's Soccer Team for placing 2nd in their District and hosting a Home Playoff Game! They had an excellent season!
• Congratulations to Timothy Newman, Kevin Su, and Maxwell Xie for achieving a perfect 36 Score on the ACT!
• Congratulations to our Newspaper and Broadcasting Programs for their success at the recent Oklahoma Scholastic Media Competition! Numerous students were honored for their Media entries. Thank you to Stephanie Bray and Gretchen Alexander for supporting these students as sponsors. Also, Congratulations to Stephanie Bray for being named the OSM Newspaper Advisor of the Year!
