CASH Clubs Celebrated Friendsgving
The Coatesville Spanish Club hosted all of the CASH Clubs for our 4th annual Friendsgiving! Thank you to all of our amazing Club Advisors, Club Officers, and Club members for a wonderful time filled with fabulous food, fun, games, and friendship. Everyone donated at least one canned good and we were able to deliver over 100 cans to the Community Youth and Women's Alliance (CYWA). We are grateful to have such fantastic support for our clubs here at Coatesville Area Senior High School! We wish you a Happy Thanksgiving!

Mr. Pilz from CASH Visits Kings Highway!
Science teacher, Mr. Pilz, visited Kings Highway on December 5 to lead the class in a science lab. Dave amazed the 5th graders with his different experiments that caused some tiny explosions and other reactions, but managed to stay safe 🙂 Great job Mr. Pilz- we know the 5th graders loved the activity and your visit caused much excitement and curiosity.
Mrs. Rainer's Class Shows Kindness at Caln
Caln 5th grade students from Mrs Rainer's class were the first to light up their kindness gingerbread house. Each student wrote a positive kind message, and eagerly asked to create more. We are so impressed with this group of students.
Has Anyone Noticed How Great Our Officers Are?
CASD Police Officer Brian Irizarry stopped to hang out with some of our Caln Elementary students waiting for the school bus one morning. Our officers love our students!

We still have a lot of teachers that need adopting!
Welcome to Adopt a Coatesville Teacher! Teacher and support staff lists have been posted for the 2024-2025 school year. Please know we are continuously updating these lists following board meetings and staff changes. Please alert us if you notice any errors.
What does it mean to adopt? We ask that community members who participate recognize their teacher on a monthly basis. This does not need to be monetary recognition. Our teachers love receiving encouraging notes and letters of support.
Ready to adopt? Visit the site https://adoptacoatesvilleteacher.blogspot.com/ and click the apple labeled "sign up". It's first come first serve. We do our very best to reply to any adoption requests within 24 hours with an update.
What happens after I submit my interest form? If the teacher has already shared their wish list and interests, I'll pass that along to you. Sometimes we may not have that information so give us some time to track it down. We do our best to provide more details about each adopted teacher's preferences.
Support across the year? We will be in touch on a regular basis via email and on the Facebook page to encourage you to share ideas of recognition and to remind you of critical times of the year when encouragement goes a long way.
