Order Caps, Gowns, and Announcements

• Caps and gowns must be ordered no later than March 30.
• Caps, gowns, and announcements will be delivered at school.
• Other apparel will be shipped to your address.
• Call our Jostens rep, Mike Humphreys via email, or call (817) 461-6837 with questions.
• Tops of caps may be decorated. (Must be Approved at Graduation Practice)
• Any additional sashes or ribbons must be approved by the Director of Alternative Learning.

You may find this a convenient way to keep abreast of the various things that are happening in HSoC!

In January we will have the results of E.O.C. testing that was performed in December. Students | Parents. We will call the number that was provided by the student when they departed as a completer.

For those students who have passed their E.O.C. Exam. We will still need to meet with you to complete the official graduation paperwork. For any student that may not have passed their E.O.C, we will need to have a meeting with student and parent as discussed during your intake process.

Students still need to be in attendance at each meeting.

We hope you will accept our heartfelt greetings for the holidays. You've all put in a lot of effort and hard work toward your education and graduation. We hope you can spend some time with those who are most valuable to you.

Before the holiday season starts, We; the team at HSoC just want to wish you all the happiness and warmth this Christmas, may you have a joyous and wonderful festive season ahead. Thank you to all our students and parents we appreciate partnering with you to produce productive citizens.
