On Veteran's Day, we honored and celebrated those in our Spring ISD family who served our country! PreK students at Thompson Elementary got an exciting visit from real-life heroes! 🚒👩🚒 The firefighters from ESD 17 Little York Fire Department stopped by to teach them all about fire safety. The kids listened eagerly as the firefighters shared important tips on staying safe during a fire. They even got a chance to get up close and personal with the firetruck! With their handmade hats on, our little ones learned valuable lessons from our community helpers and had a great time! Thank you to our firefighter friends for making safety fun and memorable!
The Spring high school marching band took its final bow of the 2024 season with an unforgettable performance of “N.Y…SEE” at the US Bands Southeastern Texas Championships! 🎶 They poured their hearts into the performance and were thrilled to earn 1st place in Group 3 and 3rd overall in the finals! It was the perfect ending to a season full of hard work, dedication, and amazing memories. What an incredible season for the Lion marching band! 🦁🎺
