November Character Trait
Breakfast and Lunch
Breakfast and lunch are free for ALL students.
Vote Tuesday, November 8th!
Did you know? Students at LH Rather Junior High must exit the building to go to the cafeteria and between classes. LH Rather also has classrooms with exterior doors and no fencing around the property. There are no State Standard Security Vestibules at LH Rather or Finley-Oates.
This bond package would eliminate the classrooms with exterior doors and the need for students to exit the building for lunch and between classes at LH Rather. The bond would also update the Security Vestibules at LH Rather and Finley-Oates.
For those living in Fannin County, check out sample ballots at https://www.co.fannin.tx.us/page/fannin.Elections.
**Scroll down just a bit to see links for sample ballots by precinct.
Research the candidates and issues before going to the polls.
Check in with your colleagues, neighbors and friends to see if they need support to vote. Right now, voting and helping others to do so is the most powerful action you can take on behalf of your family, community and country!
Go exercise your right to vote!

Second and Third Grade Music Program
Hello, families and friends of our Finley-Oates Elementary 2nd and 3rd grade students!!! We have been busy in class preparing for our upcoming Christmas program set for 6PM on the evening of Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2022 on the BHS stage. We hope you will be able to attend and enjoy the festivities! Students will all be singing together and should arrive in the BHS cafeteria by 5:30PM to warm up and line up. I would love to see the students in festive holiday wear or nice attire. If you would like to stay and watch the BHS Choir concert directly after at 7PM, we would love to have you at that, as well.
Students have been asking for links to some of their music so that they can rehearse on their own. Here are links to 3 of their songs if they would like to practice.
