Greetings, SPCCS Family,

It is with great enthusiasm that I step into the role of principal to serve you. I am eager to guide us into an enriching new school year full of promise and opportunity.

Visit the School Website for the school calendar, supply lists, and information about uniforms. With the start of the school year approaching quickly, we ask that you review these important dates for our school community:

July 29 - Aug 11 FL Back-to-School Sales Tax Holiday: Benefit from the tax-free holiday to stock up up on school supplies and uniforms at significant savings.

August 3rd and August 10 Back to School Health Clinic: This is a perfect chance for your to obtain immunization check ups and athletic physicals for your student at NO COST. Registration is required. Visit Back to School Health Clinic for more information.

August 8th Meet the Teacher - 12 noon - 2pm & 4pm-6pm: Students and parents are encouraged to meet their teachers to begin the bonds that will carry us through a successful academic journey.

August 12th First Day of School: A new academic year full of potential and growth awaits!

August 22nd Back-to-School Night - 5:30pm - 7:00pm: Join us as we dive into the new school year, meet our incredible staff, and familiarize yourselves with the learning environment.

Don't hesitate to reach out to the school office with any questions about these dates. My aim is to foster a rich partnership between staff and our school community in supporting every student's journey to excellence. If you have not completed your child's Re-enrollment packet for the 2024-25 school year, we cannot guarantee your child's seat. If you have any questions or require assistance with the re-enrollment process, please don't hesitate to contact Mrs. Konnie Vidal, Admissions Director, via email at advancement@spccs.org or the school coordinator at coordinator@spccs.org . You may also visit or call the school office at 813-224-0865.

Re-enrollment fee: $200 per family may be paid in the School Office. The fee will also be billed to your FACTS account for the 2024-25 school year.

Late fee applies: Late Re-enrollments will incur a $50 late fee

As you renew your StepUp Scholarship, please take a screen shot of your child's Award ID and email it to Mr. Ted at coordinator@spccs.org. Please be sure your child's name and Award ID are shown in the image. This should be on your dashboard in your EMA Portal. Please email this as soon as possible so we can enroll you in the school's EMA portal. We must have the award ID immediately to ensure we receive your child's scholarship payment from Step up for Students. Thank you for your prompt attention.

Per Diocesan and school policies, all financial accounts including Beyond the Bell fees, registration, technology, and tuition must be paid by the end of every school year. Any remaining tuition balance after all scholarship payments have been approved and received is the responsibility of the parent or guardian. Log in to the FACTS family portal to view your balance. TUITION:

K - 8 - $8,890

Preschool 3 - $5000

VPK 4 - $3000 (with VPK certificate)

ADDITIONAL FEES:

Security Fee - $250 per student (Grades K - 8)

Technology Fee - $125 per student (Grades K - 8)

Graduation Fee - $150 per student (Gr.8 only)

Payment Plan Options:

Option #1: 10 month payment plan August 1, 2024 - May 2, 2025

Option #2: Semi-annual; first payment due August 1, 2024 and second payment due December 6, 2024
Option #3: One lump sum payment due August 15, 2024 with $100 discount

**All fees will be invoiced using FACTS billing/payment system. Fees may be paid via credit card, money order, or cash in the School Office.**
