We have eight early release days scheduled throughout the school year (see below) to allow for professional learning to take place for staff in our district. Early release Mondays begin at the regular time (7:55 am), but students are dismissed at 1:25 pm.

2024-25 Early Release Dates: October 14, November 11, January 27, February 17, March 10, April 14, and May 12

The proofing emails have been sent out to those that attended photo day on September 11th.

If you are requesting a re-take of your student's photo, retake day is this Friday, October 11th.

A few years ago, we moved away from paper copies of progress reports (mid-term reports) and allowed all families to access these reports virtually through PowerSchool. Teachers updated all grades to reflect the status of each student's grade for the middle of our first nine week period in order for you to see the progress each student is making.

Please sign into your Parent Account in Powerschool (not available on the mobile app at this time), click on the student name at the top of the screen, go to Student Reports, view Progress Report, and submit your digital signature. This two-minute video will walk you through this process.

This is your opportunity to strengthen the partnership between your family and your child’s teacher(s). All teacher contact information can be found here. Please remember that you do not need to wait until we have conference nights, you can call, email, or request a meeting with your child’s teacher(s) at any time throughout the school year.

Our Fall, Family/Teacher Conferences will be held in the FAMS gym on Thursday, November 7th and Monday, November 11th: 4:30 - 7:30 pm.

If you have not had the opportunity to check out our FAMS Pupil Services' website, please take a few minutes to do so. They have pages with community and mental health resources, and a student opportunities page that has some information about how students can get involved in their community.
