Principal's Message
Dear Falcon students and families,
I hope you all had an awesome weekend! This past week, we saw our amazing production of GREASE complete its fantastic week long run. The show highlighted our wonderful cast of extremely talented students and was a testament to all the hard work and effort they put in over the course of the semester. We also had our excellent BFCHS Concert Band travel to the Alberta Band Festival Provincial Competition this past Friday after warming up with a quick concert in the morning at Glen Allan Elementary.
This coming week sees the continuation of our Falcon Spring Football Camp, the first week of camp had an excellent turnout of athletes and this week promises to be even better with the veterans joining the fold. Both our Sr. Soccer teams will be hosting their respective first round playoff games and both are hoping to move on to the quarters later on in the week. We will also be featuring the Grad Theme Week, where our Grads will be celebrating a different theme each day this week in anticipation of their Graduation on June 8.
On that note, I hope you all have an excellent Sunday evening and a fantastic week, and, as always, if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Bev Facey School Council Staff Appreciation Event 2024 - June 5th
Bev Facey School Council Staff Appreciation Event 2024
Dear Parents & Guardians,
On Wednesday June 5, 2024, Bev Facey School Council is hosting our Staff Appreciation event. This has historically been an annual event, and this year our school council will be continuing to do so. It's a great opportunity for our Facey families to recognize ALL staff for their work, care and dedication to our children, and we know that many families would like to contribute to the success of this event.
Historically, Staff Appreciation has included a luncheon of donated food items to be enjoyed at the final staff meeting of the school year. As well, in the past there have been donations of items used as door prizes. This year we are happy to report that we will be putting on a BBQ for the staff after the staff meeting on Wednesday, June 5.
We will be accepting monetary donations which Pam Smith (our School Council Staff Appreciation Leader) will use to purchase food items for the BBQ. If you are interested in making a donation, gift cards and monies will be gratefully accepted in the front office. If you place it in an envelope with your email address, I can send you an email confirmation of receipt of your donation. As well we can accept e-transfers to pammysmith94@gmail.com and send confirmation. Please make a note in your e-transfer that it is for Staff Appreciation and include your first and last name. Any questions please reach out to Pam Smith.
If you would like to be a part of this wonderful day and help volunteer or to work along side with Pam to learn the process, please email Pam Smith for more information on how you can help.
