This is the students' chance to recognize and appreciate the teachers who make a difference in their lives.

Class of 2025
Project Graduation
Hello Senior Parents & Guardians!
Planning is already underway for the Class of 2025 Project Graduation celebration!
What is Project Grad?
A long-standing tradition, Project Grad provides a safe, drug-free environment for students to celebrate their accomplishments with friends. It’s a parent-sponsored event which takes place the night of graduation, typically starting in the evening and going into the early hours of the next morning.
What does it cost?
We anticipate the cost of this event will be approximately $25,000, including event space rental, food, fun, and tons of prizes for the students. Past prizes have included TVs, gift cards, air pods, and more. To make this happen, we’re asking parents to contribute $120 per student (or 2 payments of $60 each).
The Class of 2025 has also established a scholarship program for any student who may not be able to contribute. If this scholarship opportunity would be beneficial for your family, please contact Heidi Sharpe at sharpeh72@gmail.com or Heather O’Keefe at hdrok207@hotmail.com. And any families who are able to send in additional money to help support this program would truly be appreciated!
How do I make my payment?
For ease of payment, checks and cash are accepted. Checks should be made out to HA Class of 2025 Project Graduation, with your child’s name placed in the subject line, and can be mailed to HA at 89 Western Ave, drop your check or cash off to the HA Front Office in an envelope marked: Class of 2025 Project Graduation or Venmo Lindsey LaChance @Lindsey-LaChance-1, for cash and Venmo, please ensure to notate the envelope or comment field.
Where do the rest of the funds for the event come from?
Fundraising is already underway — and we’d love your help! Follow us on Facebook at Hampden Academy Project Graduation 2025 for details. We’re working on a lottery ticket raffle right now — stay tuned to the Facebook page to find out how you can help sell tickets!
What if my student doesn’t want to participate in Project Grad?
Participation isn’t mandatory, but we strongly encourage all Seniors to attend and have fun with their classmates in a safe environment — and take home some great prizes! If you know for certain that your Senior will not be attending, there’s no need to pay. But if you can let us know, that will help with our headcount.
How can I help support Project Grad?
Join in! All Senior parents are more than welcome to help out!
Follow us on Facebook at Hampden Academy Project Graduation 2025 to stay up-to-date on meeting dates (we meet monthly at HA — next meeting is KT), class updates, and other communication.
You can also help us reach out to local businesses about sponsoring Project Grad (it’s tax deductible!). We’ve even got a sponsor letter you can use.
Watch the Facebook page for future fundraising opportunities and chances to lend a hand. Thank you!
We may also be reached via email at haprojectgrad25@gmail.com.
Thank you so much for your support,
