Please consider supporting our library by SPONSORING A BOOK! With a $25 donation to the library, a book is purchased for our permanent collection and is inscribed with the donor’s name (student or family). They will then be the first to check the book out for 2 weeks. Please explain to your student/s that the book is a donation and will become part of the Olson Library collection for other students to check out after them. Watch D.O.G.S. (Dads Of Great Students) is a program from the National Center for Fathering, whose purpose is to provide positive male role models for students by being present in education.

Watch D.O.G.S. are fathers, grandfathers, uncles, and other father-figures who volunteer for at least one day during the school year by being helping in the classroom, lunch, recess, specials, at arrival and dismissal, etc. If you were not able to make the kick-off event, a Skyward email was sent with all the necessary information regarding signing up to be a Watch D.O.G. If approved by voters, every campus in Allen ISD will receive improvements from the 2024 bond proposal. This includes safety and security enhancements, technology infrastructure and WiFi upgrades, mechanical, electrical or plumbing repairs, Empower 1:1 computer devices for students and teachers, cafeteria equipment repairs and replacements, playground equipment repairs and replacements, grounds and irrigation repairs, and more.
