Celebrating Our Team’s Commitment to Growth
Dear WES Family,
As we continue walking together on this journey of putting We Before Me, I want to take a moment to recognize and celebrate the incredible teamwork that makes our school thrive.
To our paraprofessionals, thank you for stepping in to cover classes with flexibility and grace. Your willingness to support wherever needed ensures our students remain engaged and cared for. You are the glue that holds us together, and your work does not go unnoticed.
To our teachers for intentionally planning for PLC interventions, your dedication to meeting the diverse needs of our students is truly inspiring. Prioritizing intentional collaboration and focusing on what’s best for students is a powerful example of We Before Me in action. Your thoughtful planning is creating meaningful opportunities for our students to grow and succeed.
To the teachers who have generously committed to offering afterschool tutorials starting February 17th , thank you for going the extra mile to give our students additional support. Your heart for our students and willingness to invest even more of your time speaks volumes about your dedication. You are helping to change lives and open doors of opportunity for our kids.
Together, we are putting our students first and creating a school where every child has the chance to flourish. Thank you for embodying the heart of our vision each day and for leaning into the power of teamwork.
Grateful to serve alongside you,
Venitra Senegal
