Word Workouts
Tech Tip Tuesday (May 17, 2022)

What are Word Workouts, and how do I use them?
The words in the WORD Workout library represent common emotions that kids 4-18 feel everyday. These quick lessons will help kids better understand and manage their feelings.
All resources are FREE for all to use, educator or not!
You don't need to upload any classes, make any accounts, and all resources are available online!
How to use Word Workouts
Step 1: Choose a WORD
- Pick an emotion your students are currently feeling or want to embody
- Press play and let the video guide students in discovering how this emotion manifests in their bodies
- Select questions that help students think about how this emotion appears in their lives
Use them as a warm-up or an end of class activity, and see how much your students will enjoy it!
Bonus Tip! Make a GIF (like the one above) out of any YouTube video!
