Fundamentals of Cybersecurity

In partnership with MCISSE, this series provides educators with tools that engage students in this emerging field of cybersecurity. Fundamentals of Cybersecurity Parts 1 & 2 share a number of introductory skills and resources that prepare students to enter this profession. CyberPatriot takes these skills to the next level. Students participate in games and challenges in the lower grades, and middle/high school students can enter national virtual competitions. You can do all of this right from your classroom!

As the landscape of cybersecurity continues to rapidly evolve, educators are rushing to resources they can use to prepare students for careers in this growing field. CyberPatriot

This course provides an introduction to the CyberPatriot program sweeping the nation. CyberPatriot allows faculty around the world to start integrating cybersecurity into the classroom with fun games for the K-5 level while offering 6-12 students a challenging virtual national competition. Take this course to learn how to get started with CyberPatriot at your school.
