• Saturday, 10/19, Robotics Tournament @ LMA
• Saturday, 10/26, PSAT (11th Graders)
• 10/30 Trunk or Treat

If you haven't registered yet for Dino Dash, we hope you will consider registering and selecting Legacy as your school. We are extremely proud of the fact that we have held the title for highest participating secondary school since the year we opened, and we have no plans of letting that trophy go! You can register for the 2K, 5K, 10K, Bike Race, or even purchase a Runnership (a sponsorship for a student in need), ALL of these count towards our registration, and $10 from EACH goes directly back to Legacy. Shout out to Senior Navya Shivashankar for designing our new Legacy backdrop, which now includes our tag line "Catch the Wave of Innovation" and our elements of TIDE. Thank you Navya, we love it!

We are pleased to introduce our 2024-25 VE Top Execs, from left to right, Nimrat Kaur (COO, Senior) standing in for Nehal Harapanahalli (CEO, Senior, not pictured), Bailey Dudleston (CEO, Senior), Ananya Sheth (CEO, Senior), Jaiden Lee (CEO, Senior), and Carson Carter (CEO, Junior). Each of these students participated in a rigorous interview process against several amazing candidates. We are so excited to watch them lead their class businesses this year. New York, here we come!

Attention Legacy families‼️ The TPSF Cross Country season is officially kicking off, and we’re inviting all students to get involved! Whether you're an experienced runner or just looking for a new challenge, now’s the time to join the Legacy Cross Country team. The deadline to sign up is September 20th, 2024, and the $45 registration fee includes entry to this year's Dino Dash, Tustin Unified’s exciting community race event.

Races are scheduled for October 8th, October 17th, and November 6th, and we need your help to bring home some championship banners to be displayed at our school! Encourage your student to represent Legacy and be part of a fun and competitive season. To sign up, simply scan the QR code above.

Not running this year? You can still get involved! We’re looking for student volunteers for our October 17th race to help record times, keep runners on course, provide support at the finish line, and more. This is a fantastic opportunity for students to earn volunteer hours, develop leadership skills, and show their Legacy spirit! If you have any questions or want to learn more about volunteering, reach out to Coach Gray at tgrayburrell@tustin.k12.ca.us. Let’s work together to make this Cross Country season a memorable one!

Today was our first RISE Pop-Up Shop of the year! It was RISE-tastic to see the wave of students that came to the pop-up shop. Students exchanged their RISE tickets for treats. Keep earning those RISE tickets!

Club Rush week is over! After rescheduling, our clubs had an LMA-amazing turnout! The TIDE was still rising and we loved seeing all the passion in our students.

Next Friday is our Fall Sports rally! The theme is Class Color Olympics! It is during seminar for high school and point break for Middle School. There will be performances, competitions, and activities to participate in! We also have a class color spirit day - don’t forget to wear your class colors to represent your grade!

Come out to the grass during lunch next week to play in Olympic-themed lunchtime activities each day, leading up to the rally on Friday!

6th Grade ASB applications are due Friday, September 27th! Please ensure you read the application carefully and include all required elements.

SENIORS! Get your Class of 2025 merch before October 1st! The t-shirts and hoodies were designed by our very own Noah Rin, and the pajama pants will be printed in the Legacy Enterprises Workshop! Purchase from our webstore or the TIDE Shack!

Seniors! Are you tired of parking in the sun alongside sophomores and juniors? Enter in the drawing to win a shaded parking spot! A new winner will be drawn each month, and your purchases will continue to roll over! Purchase as many tickets as you’d like!

Keep a lookout for mini dino ducks hidden around campus every Wednesday! It’s a fun competition to get excited for Dino Dash! Don’t forget to sign up or sponsor a runner to keep our winning streak.

Next Monday is our first TIDEpool Tutoring session. This is a time for Middle School students to receive help from their High School mentors. It will take place in Mr. Maduenos' room every Monday during point break.
