Report cards for the first trimester will be available in ParentVUE by the end of the day on Wednesday, December 11.

Butter Braid Pick-up Night - December 10

If you participated in the recent Butter Braid sale, please ready carefully...

All orders will need to be picked up on Tuesday, December 10th from 3:30pm to 5pm outside of the main door of Cedar Island.
All items must remain frozen, so plan your pickup & transport accordingly.
If you are not able to make it at that time, please contact Anne Flynn to make other arrangements. 701-570-2987

Winter Weather Attire

Winter weather is here! Please send your child with a warm coat, hat, gloves, snowpants, boots, and any other necessary layers. Students will have recess every day unless it is raining or the "feels like" temperature drops below -5 degrees.

We will send students outside in the attire they bring to school and do not have attire to lend out.

If you your child does not have winter attire and you need assistance supplying it for them, please contact our school Social Worker, Angela Antony at AntonyA@District279.org

Also, don't forget to label each item with your child's name. This helps us return lost or misplaced belongings.

Procedure Change

We are updating our student pick-up process to enhance security and promote a healthier environment.

When picking up your student early, please use the intercom to notify the office of your arrival. Our staff will sign your student out from within the office, and we kindly ask that you wait in the vestibule rather than entering the office itself.

We will begin implementing this change gradually and aim to have it fully in practice by winter break.
