Head of School Message
NCA Parents,
I am so excited for our Family Chapel and Feast this Tuesday. This will be a great time of worship and fellowship. Tuesday will be a half day but it is very important that all students are present to support their fellow Nighthawks as they lead our time of worship. These are important moments for our school as we seek to build a culture of family that grows all of us closer to Christ as believers. I thank you all for your support in making NorthPoint Christian Academy the amazing ministry and school that it is and will become. Happy Thanksgiving!

Chapel
Lower School
We have reached the conclusion of our Chapel series, "Building Our Firm Foundation," where we reflected on the virtues we've built upon: Love, Kindness, Truth, Trust, Obedience, Patience, Faithfulness, Forgiveness, Friendship, and Gratitude. These building blocks remind us of how to live a life firmly rooted in Jesus Christ.
Two groups shared their gifts of song:
Kindergarten gave a heartfelt performance, praising Jesus and reminding us through their beautiful song that we are all children of God. Their voices were a sweet offering of worship and a perfect reflection of His love.
Third Grade inspired us with a moving reminder that God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Their song encouraged us to trust in Him and to know that we only need to ask Him to be by our side in every situation.
We closed this special series with a joyful and energetic song and dance to "Our Feet Are on the Rock," celebrating our shared foundation in Christ.
This series has been a journey of fun and learning, teaching us how these virtues can guide us in our daily lives and help us grow closer to God and one another.
1 Chronicles 29:13 – And now we thank you, our God, and praise your glorious name.
As we move forward, may we continue to build on this foundation and live out these truths in our hearts and actions.
Middle/High School
This week we based our lesson on our Community Impact event involving Operation Christmas Child. We started with an Operation Christmas Child Trivia Game to help the students see just how big of an impact these shoeboxes make around the world. Our lesson focused on gifts, mainly the greatest gift to this world, Jesus Christ. Students were challenged to see the true gift it is to have Jesus in their lives, and how they are called to receive this gift, live it out, and share the love of Christ with others, all over the world.
We had a surprise LIVE worship band of 8th graders led by both the middle and high school students! They did a fantastic job and we hope that they can lead us in a time of worship again soon!

Parents,
In library from August to November I have introduced the NightHawk Code: TRUE NORTH. Every month we have gone through each letter in the acronym while reading books correlating to each word. August - Thoughtful, September - Reliable, October - Unwavering, and November - Enduring. At the start of every month a card has been sent home explaining the monthly word along with a Bible verse. I am so proud of each student as we went through the first set of the NightHawk Code: TRUE. When we get back from Thanksgiving break we will beginning with the next word, NORTH and start with Nurturing. I hope you have a wonderful break!
