Dear East Elementary Families,

As we wrap up another incredible school year, we want to take a moment to thank you for the privilege of working with your children. It has truly been our pleasure to watch them grow, learn, and shine throughout the year.

Thank you for sharing your child with us and for your continued support of East Elementary. We are proud of all that our students have accomplished, and we are grateful for the partnership we share with our families.

We wish you a fun, safe, and relaxing summer break filled with great memories. We look forward to seeing you again in the fall!

Field Day Information (FOR TOMORROW)

For Pirate Play Day (Field Day) tomorrow, here’s how we’ll manage having so many guests on campus:

We will have tables set up out front for parents to sign in and receive a visitor badge. We will start this process at 7:35 tomorrow morning. Guests will not be permitted into the building for awards until the 8:05 start time. If you are at our Pirate Play Day, you must wear this badge. Please be patient with us during this process - there will be lots of visitors and we will be doing our best to get everyone signed in.
When you are ready to sign your student out, you will sign out with your child's teacher. You will be given a wristband for your student to put on - your signature and this bracelet indicate that you have signed your student out and they are now in your care and custody.

Next Year Information

If your child will not be returning next school year, please let the front office know as soon as possible. Thank you!

If you are moving within the district, please let us know so we can get your child pathed to the correct school!

19th - East Elementary Field Day

20th - East Elementary Talent Show

20th - Last Day for Parents to Pick up Medications From the Nurse’s Office

21st - Kindergarten Graduations

21st - PreK Celebration 11:30-12:00

22nd - 5th Grade Graduation

22nd - Early Release at 12:00pm

Please check Seesaw for any date changes, weather announcements that might change the plans, etc. Additions or deletions may be made, so check back frequently!

Car Tags

If your child will be returning to East Elementary next school year, please keep your car tag - you will use it again next year!

If your student will be moving to middle school or leaving East, please return your car tag to the front office, or pass it off to a teacher in the drive through before the end of the year!
