Dear Families,
It was wonderful to see so many families come out to celebrate our students' creativity and hard work. From music and movement to visual art and edible creations, every part of the night showcased something special. A big thank you to all of our teachers for the time, care, and energy they put into making it such a joyful event!
Warmly,
Angela Cartier

Miss Laura's Class
It was a joy to celebrate the incredible talent and creativity of our students. We loved giving families a glimpse into what students experience during their specials, and we’re so proud of the performances and displays. A special shoutout to our K/1/2 students, who sang a beautiful rendition of This Pretty Planet by Tom Chapin!
Mrs. Stern's Class
After learning about whole grains and yeast from a Food Connects resource, students put their knowledge to work baking creative, tasty treats—one group even made a sunflower inspired by our fall project Zoe and the Seed Garden.

If your child is 5 or will turn 5 on or before September 1st, 2025, they will be eligible to attend kindergarten this fall. Each elementary school will be hosting informational "Pizza Nights" for families in May. Grafton Elementary School will hold their "Pizza Night" on Thursday, May 15th from 5:00-5:45pm. This will give families a chance to view their child's classroom, meet their teachers, and ask any questions they may have. Please email sarah.noble@wnesu.com to RSVP for this event!
