Legal School is a Christ-centered community committed to nurturing lifelong learners, leaders, and global citizens while instilling virtues in the lives of our students.

It was great to have another home game this Thursday and see how the Titans teams are coming along in their development.

We are very proud of the skills and great sportsmanship that are developing in our players. We are PROUD of the time and commitment you are making to the Titans athletics program. Included throughout this issue of the newsletter has some photos of Thursday's games along with the fans that were cheering them on during the pep rally.

There is the last home game of the season and they play two away games, one next week and one after fall break before going into the playoffs for the Seniors.

Expressing anger through a child’s mind might look like slamming doors, stomping feet, yelling loudly and saying things they don’t mean. Although this is not uncommon, it can get overwhelming for families trying to manage those big feelings. Here are some tips on phrases you can say when your child is feeling angry:

“I can see this is hard for you.”

“It is okay to feel angry.”

“Even when you feel your worst, I always love you.”

Classes for preparation for the sacrament of

Confirmation will begin on Thursday, October 19 at

6:00pm in the rectory. This week the candidates will

be introduced to confirmation in which God

strengthens us for the life to which we were called at

baptism when we were baptized with water and

anointed with oil. Please continue praying for our

candidates on their sacramental journey.

Please send in a picture or eulogy card or prayer to add to our "Legal Titans Book of Remembrance".

We also will be displaying all the pictures handed in so we can all take a moment to reflect on and commemorate our loved ones who have passed. Pictures will be put in picture frames and afterward will be added to our book of Remembrance.

Save the date for December 20th at 7 pm. Doors will open at 6:30 pm. Our teachers will be beginning to prepare the students in November and will be just the thing to put everyone in the spirit of the season!

The students will also have the option to engage in some events that do not have a ticket cost for participating. (movie, drawing, computer activities). There will be more details sent home later in the week from the classroom teachers.
