Please check PowerSchool often to keep informed of you child's progress in each of his/her classes. If you need help logging in to PowerSchool, please contact the school.

Reminder that supervision does not begin until 8:25am unless your student is coming in for breakfast at 8am.

It's cold outside! Please send your student dressed for the weather. We go outside for recess almost everyday. If it's below 'feels like' 20 we may go outside for 5-10 minutes. Please send hats, gloves, and heavy coats.

The Scholastic BookFair is Jan 27th - 31st with Family Nights on Monday and Thursday from 3:15-7pm.

It's that time of year to start thinking about Kindergarten next year! If your child is 5 by August 1, 2025 they may pre-register for our Kindergarten Registration. You can get the form from the website or one will be coming home soon. Please return to the Elementary Office.

Kindergarten Registration will occur on April 1 & 2.

Caitlyn Curtin, the students call her Ms. C! She is currently serving as a long-term substitute for 2nd and 3rd grade Title classes. A recent graduate of Ohio State University, she earned her Bachelor's degree in the Science of Education for grades K-5, bringing a strong educational foundation to her work. Her journey with children began at the age of 14 when she took on the role of activities director at Sunbury Columbus KOA (formerly known as Autumn Lakes), working with individuals of all ages, from toddlers to adults. With a diverse background shaped by work, school, and involvement in advanced programs, she is well-equipped to introduce fresh, innovative learning strategies. Ms. C’s ultimate goal is to create an environment where students feel valued, respected, and safe throughout their educational experience.

Mrs. Wilhelm has kept the students busy all year with wonderful art projects.

Make a bird feeder

It's time to feed our feathered friends this winter! We invite you to stop by anytime on Friday, February 7th or Saturday, February 8th to make a quick Pinecone Bird Feeder. You then can take it home, hang it on a tree, and watch the birds enjoy it. All ages are welcome to attend. For those with allergies, please note that peanut butter will not be used for this event. Please call with questions.
