Good afternoon,

I hope everyone is gearing up for the holiday season. We have several fun activities planned for our students this month.

Monday, December 4th, begins our Spirit Days of Christmas countdown before we leave for break. We will also hold our Frosty Fair this week. Please see information below for each of these.

Our choir and 3rd grade students are working hard preparing for their Winter Concert. We hope you will join us at 5 Point Church on December 12th at 5:30 PM.

We are also asking that each student bring in a white three ring binder for our Leader in Me Student Portfolios. There is a description below of exactly what is needed. We are excited to showcase our student work in their portfolios.

We will hold our annual Frosty Fair the week of December 4th - December 8th. Your child should have received an informational packet this week with all additional information. The Frosty Fair is a kid-friendly budget shopping experience with options to buy for the whole family. Happy Shopping!

This year, SDPC will participate in the first annual Red Kettle Ring Off competition. We will be competing against other SDPC schools to see who can raise the most money for the Salvation Army. Forest Acres staff will be at Hobby Lobby in Easley from 11:00 AM-7:00 PM on Saturday, December 9th. Please come out and visit your FAE staff and give back to our community. Congratulations to our Staff Leader of the Month, Mrs. Massey! Mrs. Massey was nominated as the staff leader of the month for Habit 3: Put First Things First. We are so proud of her and thankful to have her at Forest Acres.
