Once signed in, visitors will be directed to our cafeteria to reserved seating. Check in with staff inside the cafeteria to inform them you’ll be eating lunch with your student.
Lunch visitors may bring in lunch for their student only. No other students may join the student and their visitor.
We ask that guests return their child back to the class table 5 minutes before the end of lunch. Visitors may not attend recess or walk to the classroom.
Career Vehicles Day
LES Career Vehicle Day will be held on Wednesday,
May 15, from 8:15 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.
Speakers will bring their career related vehicle (ex. utility truck, police car, fire truck, crane, ambulance, tow truck, etc) and speak about their career for 5-10 minutes to groups of students
in grades K-5.
If you or someone you know may be interested in participating in our Career Vehicle Day for our LES Wildcats, please contact one of our School Counselors; Mrs. Grahn 803-821-4027 or grahn@lexington1.net, or Mrs. Vassallo 803-821-4066 or jvassallo@lexington1.net and we will be in touch about further details.
We would like to provide our teachers with a break from lunch duty on a Friday each month from 10:30a.m.-1:00p.m. We need 6-8 volunteers for each day to be able to cover for all the teachers. It's also our hope that if we have enough volunteers that you could eat with your child if you want to do that too. If you are able to help, please sign up on the LES Lunch Duty sign-up sheet.
April 19
For those of you who do not work in the Lexington One district, there is a required volunteer application that must be completed to be able to help at school events. If you have not already submitted an application for the 23-24 school year, please do that online: https://www.lexington1.net/volunteers.
Again, we appreciate your interest in contributing to the PTO and LES.
