Hello Davis Drive Elementary families,
I hope you have had a wonderful weekend! We have one of most exciting events for students this week, our Book Fair! The Book Fair Family Night is Thursday, November 21st from 4pm-8pm. Davey Dolphin might visit :) That same night at 6p in the gym, DDE will host a guest speaker talking about how Reading is Fundamental.Please join us for these two great events. Also that night at the Chick-Fil-A at Cornerstone from 5-8pm, at the Drive Thru, tell the cashier you are with DDE and a portion of the sale comes to DDE PTA to help support our school.
Please consider signing up to volunteer at the Book Fair next week! Ther PTA needs your help. Please sign up here.

Change of Transportation Policy
Report transportation changes by 1:15pm on the day of the change by calling the Front Office at (919) 387-2130. Do not send a Talking Points message or email to your child’s classroom teacher to report a transportation change.
Early Dismissal Policy
Students who need to be picked up early from school must be checked out by 1:30pm. Please send a Talking Points message or email to your child’s teacher to alert them of the early dismissal plan.
