Registration will be open April 5 through May 4.
Anyone who registers after that will be placed on a waiting list.
All pickups and drop offs are at the elementary schools.
Dear Families,
Summer School Registration is arriving soon! Beginning Saturday, April 5, 2025, parents will be able to register students for Summer School classes through our online information center, Skyward. Summer school classes offered are listed on the back of this page. Simply choose the classes that reflect your child’s grade level for this current school year.
This year’s Summer School will be held at Westfield Elementary School and will run from
Monday, June 9 - Friday, June 27 from 8am to 12pm. To contact the school office, please call 608-296-2141 Ext. 2022. Breakfast and lunch will be served and are FREE to all students. Busing is also available. Neshkoro pick-up is at 7:20 am, and drop-off is at approximately 12:45 pm. Coloma and Oxford pick-up is at 7:30 am, drop off is approximately 12:30 pm. Please complete the attached Transportation form and return it to your child’s front office or go to https://forms.gle/qeN71J3TdPGLhaFc7 and complete the Transportation form.
Students may register for up to three hours of classes. Look carefully at course descriptions as some run longer than one hour.
Bowling classes have a fee of $30.00, which needs to be paid by Friday, June 6, 2025, to the student’s school office. Checks can be made out to Thal Acres. Students may only sign up for 1 class of bowling.
With limited numbers in each class, we ask that you only register for a maximum of one of Mr. Zoellner’s Phy. Ed. classes per student.
If your High School or Middle School child is required to attend Remedial Summer School classes due to failing grades, he or she will not register for classes through Skyward. Students who attend Remedial Summer School classes receive a letter from Mr. Moody. Remedial Summer School runs from June 9 - June 27, from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.
If your child is interested in Pioneer Strong, please only sign them up on Skyward if they will be attending all of summer school. If they are only interested in Pioneer Strong, please reach out to Mr. Zoellner or Mr. Lewis.
Some students at the elementary level will be requested to attend summer school based on their Reading Plan. We will be contacting families by letter with more information.
Online registration will go live on Saturday, April 5. You can prepare for registration by making sure you are able to log in to Skyward by April 4.
Registration will close on May 4. If your child is not signed up by May 4, they may not be guaranteed a spot at summer school, and your child will be placed on a waitlist and we will contact you if there is an available spot.

Go to the School District website: http://www.westfield.k12.wi.us
Click on “Skyward Family & Student Access” - right-hand side
Enter your Login ID and Password.
Click on Arena Scheduling, click on 2024-2025, and select each individual student.
