USDA Foods Ordering Schedule
Round 1: January - March 1, 2024
WBSCM Catalogs are Available!
During January – February 2024, TDA is hosting guided working sessions for ALL RAs statewide to complete the required steps and tasks for submitting accurate and complete Round 1 requisitions.
These 1 hour sessions will ensure success for the submission of your upcoming USDA Foods orders!
If you registered for a session, the following are important notes to be aware of.
- Sessions are optional for User Admin. (UA) to attend
- Can the Order Manager attend sessions? Yes, additional staff may attend the session with the UA. Only the UA should register for the session.
- An ESC will provide technical assistance on the ordering process.
- Zoom access links are provided via email from Andrea Cooper.
*All USDA Foods ordering must be submitted no later than March 1.

Resource Folders for each week
- Live folders provide guidance for each week. You are welcome to save and/or print resources. These folders were created for TDA hosted sessions. Some resources are repetitive.

- USDA Foods available list SY 24-25 final - USDA Foods available with WBSCM material numbers. Approximately 70% of the items are available for Texas. Accessible items are based on RA survey responses state-wide.

*Best practice "Save as Draft" after QA checklist then change status to "Ready for Approval".
Browser Settings for WBSCM
- Do not use Microsoft Edge. This can cause unexpected/incorrect display results.
- Chrome is the supported browser for WBSCM. We highly recommend that all users review and adhere to the instructions in the attached Browser Settings job aid.
