HHS Principal's Update: Week 15
Thursday, November 21st
Good Evening HHS Students and Families,
We’re almost there—Thanksgiving Break is next week! This well-deserved time offers an opportunity to relax, recharge, and enjoy time with family, friends, and delicious food. When we return on December 2nd, we’ll dive into the final stretch of the semester, with just 15 days left until it concludes on December 20th. If you’re working to improve your grades, there’s still time! Take advantage of available resources such as daily tutoring, Morning Math, and our final two Saturday School sessions.
A huge shoutout to our Football Team for their quarterfinal victory over Burbank High School! Tomorrow night, Highland High School will host the Semifinal Game against QHHS. This is an exciting moment for the Antelope Valley, and we’re looking forward to a hard-fought and well-played game by both teams. It’s a fantastic way to kick off Thanksgiving Break, with a chance to secure a spot in the CIF Finals! We hope to see you there. (Please note: CIF games require ALL attendees to purchase tickets through GO FAN. See the link below for details for other important game information.)
Let’s finish the semester strong! Wishing you a wonderful Thanksgiving Break—we’ll see you soon for an exciting wrap-up to Semester 1!
