We Have Our Own Buses 🚍
Hamilton Township School District is proud to announce the arrival of our first-ever district-owned school buses! Our fleet includes four 54-passenger buses and one wheelchair-accessible bus, operated by a dedicated team of drivers. These buses are already in service for daily routes, and utilizing them for after-school programs and class trips will provide valuable cost savings for the district.
A huge thank you to our Transportation Supervisor, Chrissy O’Neill, and Secretary, Maria Santilli, for their dedication in making this a reality! Keep an eye out for Hamilton Township School District buses around the community!
Davies Red Wings take a trip to the Wells Fargo Center 🥍
The Davies students who made the Red Wings program were treated to the Wells Fargo Center to see the Philidelphia Wings play a game and get the experience of being in a real staduim and experience being in the city. The Philadelphia Wings are a professional box lacrosse team based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, that competes in the National Lacrosse League (NLL).
On January 11th aproximately 110 students boarded buses with our staff and administration for an amazing time. The students were so incredibly well behaved, were highlighted ont he Jumbo Tron, and were even visited by the Wings Mascot!
Hamilton Township School District Honors our HTPD!
In January each of the schools showed their appreciation for the Hamilton Township Law Enforcement.
In Shaner we created classroom cards and booklets that were shared with the officers of the Hamilton Township Police Department.
At Hess we celebrated our police officers with a breakfast and classroom visits.
In Davies they were invited to read to our Preschool children and the officers walked the halls interacting with students and staff.
National Law Enforcement day is a time to reflect on the selfless role our police play in keeping our communities safe. The Hamilton Township School District wants to take this time to extend our deepest gratitude to you for dedicating your life to protecting others.

Annual Review Season
Each year, we conduct an Annual Review for all special education students. During this process, the IEP Team—which includes parents, teachers, the case manager, and any other individuals involved in the student’s education—meets to review the current year and develop the student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP) for the upcoming school year.
You will be invited to an IEP Team meeting during the Annual Review Season, which takes place from March 17 to June 6. Please ensure that the meeting is scheduled at a time that works for you (during school hours).
While we encourage in-person attendance, as it allows for the most effective communication, we also understand that scheduling conflicts can arise. If needed, we are happy to arrange a virtual or phone conference. Additionally, we can provide a language interpreter upon request to ensure all participants can fully engage in the discussion.
We look forward to collaborating with you to review your child’s progress this year and to plan for their continued success in the coming school year.
