On Monday, December 6, 2021, over 100 2nd graders from Southside Elementary and their teachers partnered with Lincoln Central Neighborhood Family Center through their Angels of Love program! If you would like to see these elementary students leading the way in service to our community, check out the video link above.

On Monday, December 13, 2021, BCSC will meet for the only School Board meeting for the month of December. A few of the highlights for this meeting include:

-Best Practice Presentation from Schmitt Elementary

-Special recognitions for two community organizations and our Spell Bowl Champions

-Board commendations around the district

If you would like to attend the meeting in person, the meeting starts at 6:30 pm and will be held in the Terrace Room at the BCSC Administration Building. If you would like to attend virtually, please use the YouTube Live Stream Link above.

It's going to be a full week of sports next week! Tuesday through Friday, our swimmers, wrestlers, and basketball players from East and North will face off against each other. Please make sure to come out and support these contests in person if possible. If you cannot attend in person or would like to watch the replay, use the live stream links below for your enjoyment. Tuesday- Swimming and Diving (5:30 pm) at Columbus East

Wednesday- Wrestling (6:30 pm) at Columbus North

Thursday- Girls Basketball (6:00 pm) at Columbus North

Friday- Boys Basketball (6:00 pm) at Columbus East

Throughout the school year, each of our 11 elementary schools will be featured on an EBL Game of The Week Live Stream presented by Force Construction Company. During Week 6 of EBL, BCSC live streamed the CSA Fodrea - Schmitt matchup featuring the girls, boys, and cheerleaders.
