New Program WINS

Medicine Shoppe #1965 - Diabetes SCC Tier 3Let's WIN This Contest!!! -- The Consumer Health team has challenged the ISF in a contest to enroll the most customers into the Diabetes Specialized Care Center by June 30. With that said, I’ll need each and every one of you to really show Consumer Health, and our customers, what we are capable of.
The contest is simple. The winner will be the director and his/her team who sign up the most stores on Tier 2 or Tier 3. If you convert a store from Tier 1 to either Tier 2 or 3, this will also count as a new enrollment. The prize is three-fold: a trophy, bragging rights and a $5,000 donation to a diabetes-focused non-profit in a local community of the winning region’s choosing. We will announce the winner in July at this year’s NOW Awards in Chicago.
Sales tool-kits are available on the ISF Portal, complete with FAQs, selling scripts, customer profiles, and a DSCC webinar. Throughout the contest, we will keep you informed of current enrollment status and who our top sellers are. While the contest is in the spirit of healthy competition, we need to capitalize on this opportunity to make a difference.

On the Road Again
Jaclyn Stephens, owner of Cheyenne Pharmacy, had a relief pharmacist cover her for two day and went prospecting with Becky Gillenwater in Kansas. The two covered more than 500 miles on their two day Road Trip; visiting 4 prospects and one Cardinal Health account.
At D&B Pharmacy they spoke with Debbie, whose daughter will be attending SWOSU in the fall. Jaclyn graduated from SWOSU so the two had an instant connection. Becky encouraged Debbie to get her daughter involved in NCPA so she would be eligible for Cardinal Health’s Scholarship. Becky and Jaclyn also talked to Debbie about Women in Pharmacy. Debbie was very excited about the idea of a WIP Kansas Chapter. Debbie and her daughter are going to join the WIP Facebook page.
At Main Street Pharmacy Becky and Jaclyn met Lisa. Lisa has a close relationship with 4 other women pharmacists who support and mentor each other. Lisa was very excited about WIP and shared the names/pharmacies of the other ladies in her group. Two of the pharmacies that Lisa mention are not in Win Watcher; which allowed Becky to add these accounts to her list of prospects. Lisa shared information about Rx Patrol, which is a collaborative effort between industry and law enforcement designed to collect, collate, analyze and disseminate pharmacy theft information. Rx Patrol lists pharmacies and drivers that have been victims of theft, allowing pharmacy owners to understand the dangers in their area. Lisa gave Jaclyn and Becky over 2 hours of her time. They talked about DIR fees, MTM, and Pharmacy Transition. Lisa has a large gift section; Jaclyn and her also shared ideas for the gift sections of their pharmacies. Lisa is looking forward to a WIP Kansas chapter.
At Hibbard Drug Jaclyn and Becky spoke with Josh and found out that he is opening a new pharmacy in Clearwater, KS. Hibbard, and three other pharmacies in the area, are owned by Lance. Josh shared that Lance’s wife is a pharmacist and would be very interested in WIP.
Jaclyn and Becky spent the night in Pratt, KS. Jaclyn’s husband is from Pratt so she took Becky to eat the famous Pizza Tacocreated in Pratt, KS) and orange beer.
The next day Jaclyn and Becky’s day started at Pratt Medical Arts Pharmacy; where Jaclyn worked when she was younger. Pratt Medical was purchased by Allison two years ago, but Jaclyn got to catch up with one of the techs that is still at the pharmacy. Allison had several questions about DIR fees and PBM issues that she was having with McKesson; which Becky answered. Jaclyn talked to Allison about WIP and how the women of WIP support each other. Jaclyn and Allison are now friends on Facebook and Jaclyn is going to visit Allison when she is in the area with her family.
Becky and Jacklyn spent a little time in Pratt shopping, eating, and site seeing before they headed back to Oklahoma.
Jaclyn let Becky use her as a reference for a new account that came on board last year, Randy’s Pharmacy. So, the two visited with Randy before heading home. Randy is a new LeaderNET customer while Jaclyn has been with LeaderNET for several years. Randy talked with Jaclyn about LeaderNET and it was very helpful for him to have a LeaderNET member to discuss DIR fees, ATENA concerns, etc. with.
The Road Trip was a huge success. Jaclyn helped Becky genuinely connect with 3 prospects, discover 3 new prospects, and reinforced LeaderNET to a customer. The trip also opened doors that will allow Becky to start a WIP Kansas Chapter. Jaclyn has agreed to attend the first WIP meeting in Kansas. The information that Becky gathered from the trip was priceless and formed an even stronger bond between Becky and Jaclyn.

KPhA Legislative Days
During this all day event attendees are able to meet and talk with Senators and Representatives, which include President of the Senate, Speaker of the House, Majority Leader in the House, and Majority Leader of the Senate.
Jason found this event very engaging and informative. He has enjoyed networking with different individuals and looks forward to attending again in the future.
Flat (hiccup) Stanley
Last week they traveled over 900 miles together. By the end of the trip, Becky was talking to him like if he was a regular passenger! She and her hubby make him a coyboy hat and boots and took him to Toby Keith's Bar & Grill. And they even made him a tie for church on Sunday and and Oklahoma University Thunder Basketball shirt!
Flat Stanley was most recently seen with Becky at an establishment that serves adult beverages. Well... looks like he had his limit! He can't even stand up straight! lol
Becky will soon have to send Flat Stanley back to her nephew and will be distraught when that time comes. Good Luck Flat Stanley on your next adventure!
