2024-25 MOA grades 4-8: We are on the move again! Next year, MOA 4-8 students and families will be able to find us on the Oakdale campus! We will have room to host a few students for in-person work or one-on-one opportunities!
More to come in August!
Summer Programs
Summer school runs from June 17-July 10, Monday-Thursday, 8:00AM-12:30PM.
The MSD summer program allows high school students to gain credit in two ways:
Students can earn original credits in core classes and some elective courses.
Students that have previously failed courses can participate in credit retrieval.
In person summer school will be held at Innovation Academy. No-cost breakfast and lunch will be available. Transportation will not be provided. Students participating in virtual summer school will need to come in person if they wish to participate in test for credit (credit retrieval).
You can register for summer school 2024 here.
Online Registration

Families!
I can’t believe this is the last newsletter of the school year! Time has really flown by!
Last week was not only the busiest week we have had, but personally, it was the most rewarding. I absolutely loved getting to see students and their families at the end-of-year celebration for our third through eighth graders! It is pretty awesome when you get to put faces to names. Graduation was exciting and fun. The weather was perfect, and I feel like it was an incredible success.
I am SO proud of ALL of our students and the MOA staff!
As always, there are reminders and end-of-year tasks:
There is no school on Friday, June 7th. This is a teacher grading day and they will be finalizing student grades.
Students staying with online learning in the district next year may keep their Chromebooks over summer. HOWEVER, they will be disabled by the tech department when summer school is over.
Students NOT staying with online learning in MSD next year should return their Chromebooks. We will have office staff here through June 17th.
Students that wish to return to the school building need to submit an “Intradistrict Transfer” form indicating they would like to transfer from MOA to their building. The forms can be found here.
Those staying online, but entering or continuing in high school do NOT need to submit a transfer to enroll in Innovation Online. All current, online students that will be in high school next year will automatically be migrated to Innovation Online.
High school students wishing to enroll in summer school need to complete the summer school request ASAP!! Summer school begins next week and ends July 10th. Summer program information and sign-ups can be found here.
Please look for information in August about the 2024-25 school year. We are already planning and ways to make your online learning experience even better!
Thank you all for letting me support you this school year. It has been an absolute pleasure.
I will see you in August!
Ms. Natosha Savage
