Message From the Directors
As we close out our first year at Legacy Campus and welcome the rest and relaxation of the summer, it is important to once more express gratitude for all of those individuals who made the year such a success. We are grateful for our hardworking students, who embraced the opportunities and worked hard all year, earning college credits and industry certificates. We are grateful for an incredible staff of instructors, counselors, specialists, and support staff who were instrumental in creating opportunities for the students we serve. We are also grateful for all of the support we have received from local industry - whether it be in the form of guest speakers, field trip locations, advisory board representation, internship and apprenticeship opportunities, or financial contribution, we have experienced a tremendous outpouring of support from a wide array of industry partners - thank you!
We wish the entire Legacy Campus community a wonderful summer and look forward to the excitement and opportunities that the fall semester will bring.
Legacy Campus SPOTLIGHT
Eidos Field Trip
Our Architecture students had the opportunity to visit Eidos Architects office Students learned a lot by visiting with multiple people at the firm and learning their roles. They also got to use VR to walk through a portion of one of Eidos' projects. Thank you to all involved in making this happen!
Thank you Bridge Students
We had a wonderful group of students from the DCSD Bridge Program working in the Legacy Cafe this year. Many of them graduated this year and we are so proud of all of your growth and accomplishments. Thank you for making the cafe such a fun place to visit this 23-24 school year!
VIP Chef's Table Luncheon
The students in the Culinary Pathway have a come a long way and learned to prepare some amazing dishes this year. They were able to show off their skills for a special chef's table luncheon for DCSD leadership as well as the Colorado Commissioner of Education. It was a special event that was enjoyed by all in attendance.
