What a Lutheran School Week! full of adventure and learning. In math second graders worked with subtraction equations and word problems and ended the week with a test. For reading both grades read passages about culture, art and ethnicity that relates to our social studies lessons. In spelling the focus was long (i) patterns igh and ild (2nd grade) and long o with open syllables for (3rd grade). In math 3rd grade worked with telling time elapsed and also closed the week with a test. In science we are working on how living things grow and change. Have a funtastic spring break!!
