A Message from Mrs. Lechner and Mrs. Dansberry
Hello WFS Family,
We ended March with a fun and exciting animal conservation assembly! A representative from Eyes of the Wild, an exotic animal rescue that provides permanent homes for over 100 displaced animals, visited WFS and introduced students to some amazing creatures.
Throughout the month, students also continued to work hard on their iReady personal pathways. Homerooms have been competing each week to earn a special certificate and the chance to keep the iReady plush monster trophy by having the highest percentage of lessons passed in reading and math.
After a well-deserved spring break, we are looking ahead to NJSLA testing for students in grades 3–5. Our students have been preparing all year, and we know they are ready to shine! Please help by making sure your 3rd-5th grader arrives to school on time, as testing will begin first thing each morning.
We are looking forward to a wonderful spring season together at WFS!
Warm regards,
Mrs. Lechner and Mrs. Dansberry
