Spotted At ZESD 6
- Eighth-grade students, guided by their virtual proximity teacher, collaborated to create models of solids, liquids, gases, and plasma using both physical materials and digital tools. This engaging project fostered creativity, teamwork, and a deeper understanding of the states of matter through hands-on and virtual learning.
- ZESD 6 school board president Margie Taylor and vice president Latoya Barnes joined West Elementary students for the school's monthly VIP lunch. West students used their "Cat Cash," earned through positive behaviors, to enjoy lunch with two of our school board members and ask them questions.
- West teachers came together for an inspiring professional development session led by Dr. Jenn Moore. The dynamic workshop focused on more effective, productive, and meaningful conversations with all school stakeholders, fostering a healthier and more collaborative environment.
