땡스기빙 연휴가 다가옵니다. 연휴가 시작될때 조퇴하는 학생들이 많은데요. 다음은 보다 효율적인 조퇴 절차입니다. 참고하시기 바랍니다:

• 방송으로 인한 수업방해를 막기 위해서, 학생들은 부모님과 만나는 조퇴시간을 적은 노트를 사무실에 반드시 제출해야 합니다.
• 아침 등교길에 사무실에 제출해서 허가를 받아야 합니다. 사무실에서 허가한 노트는, 학생들이 조퇴를 해야하는 시간에 가방을 챙겨서 사무실로 걸어서 올 수 있는 패스가 됩니다.
• 노트를 제출하지 않은 학생은 부모님이 도착할때까지 교실에서 나올 수 없습니다. (예를 들면, 부모님이 차안에서 사무실로 전화해서 학생을 불러달라고 하시면, 사무실에서는 부모님이 사무실로 들어오시지 않는 한, 학생을 인터콤으로 부르지 않습니다.) 이런 이유로, 노트가 없으면, 조퇴 절차가 오래 걸릴 수 밖에 없습니다.
• 하교하는 방법을 바꿔야 할 경우( 예를 들면, 스쿨버스에서 카풀로 변경)오후 3시 이전에 되어야 합니다.
• 노트 없이 오후 3:30이후에느 조퇴할 수 없습니다.

여러분의 협조로 다른 학생들의 수업을 방해하지 않고 효율적으로 조퇴절차를 마무리 할 수 있습니다.

AMMS선생님과 교직원 분들께 그 분들의 수고에 대한 감사의 표시로 매년 할러데이 선물권을 드립니다. 모든 교직원 분들께 $10짜리 상품권 두개씩 드리고 있습니다. 많이 준비하시는 상품권 종류로는: Target, Starbucks, Amazon, Macy's, Publix/Kroger, Chick Fil A 그리고 다른 여러 식당들....등 그 외에 다양한 상품권도 괜찮습니다! $10 선물권 한개 혹은 그 이상의 수를 도네이션 해 주시길 부탁드립니다!

분실물을 보관하는 상자가 각 학녀 복도 끝에 배치되어 있습니다. 도서관과 카페테리아에도 하나씩 배치되어 있습니다. 땡스기빙 연휴 전에 로툰다에 이 모든 분실물 상자들을 가져다 놓을 것입니다. 잃어버린 물건이 있느 학생이 있다면, 꼭 한 번 분실물 상자를 확인해보라고 일러주세요!

AMMS 학생들은 이 공연을 위해서 아주 열심히 연습했습니다. 공연은 11월 16일 토요일 오후 2시와 7시, Johns Creek High School auditorium에서 있습니다.

티켓구매는 학교 웹싸이트 http://www.autreymillchorus.com/drama-dept.html 또는 JCHS 에서 공연 당일에 구매하실 수도 있습니다. 그렇지만 현금만을 받습니다. 공연은 Johns Creek High School auditorium, 5575 State Bridge Road. 에서 오후 2시와 7시에 있습니다.

AMMS 는 우리 미래의 의학분야 전문가가 될 학생들을 위한 클럽을 올해도 시작합니다. 이전의 HOSA학생들은 2018 & 2019년 International Leadership Conference 에 참가하고 열심히 겨루었습니다! HOSA학생들은 가 교실에 빨간 안전 가방을 배치하고 STOP THE BLEED 교육을 끝냈고 몇분의 의사 선생님을 스피커로 모시고 교육을 받기도 했습니다. HOSA학생들의 우수한 성과는 AJC 신문에서 실렸으며 다음에 발간 될 My Alpharetta Magazine에도 실릴것 입니다!

AMMS 는 의학분야에 관심있는 학생들 모두를 HOSA에 함께 할것을 권장합니다. 레벨이나 지식에 상관없이 관심있는 학생들은 누구나 함께 할 수 있습니다. 더 많은 정보를 위해 google classroom에 등록하세요. 가입비는 $50이고, 이 비용은 state 과 national HOSA affiliation, testing 비용 그리고 t-shirts포함입니다. 질문이 있으시면, Mrs. Terry께 이메일 하세요: TerryL@fultonschools.org

학생들은 오후 6시 정각에 카풀라인에서 픽업되어야 합니다. 집에 걸어서 하교하는 학생들 또한 부모님이 카풀라인에서 픽업하셔야 합니다.

학생들은 한 번의 모임에만 참석하면 됩니다. 모임은 10분정도 소요될 것입니다. 부모님들께서는 참석하지 않으셔도 됩니다.

Tryouts

Boys- Monday, December 9th & Wednesday, December 11th

Girls- Tuesday, December 10th (and maybe Thursday the 12th depending on numbers)

Fulton County policy dictates that only 7th and 8th graders may participate in extramural sports. As a result, 6th graders will not be allowed to tryout. There is one boys' team and one girls' team for the school

We invite you to consider membership in the NCL, Inc., Northeast Atlanta Chapter (National Charity League). We are a mother daughter philanthropist organization. Our chapter offers a program for members to grow as leaders, mentors, and friends while making a difference in our community through hands-on volunteerism.

Some things to keep in mind about the membership process:

• Timeline: Applications for membership are accepted during the Annual Membership Drive from October-January each year for mothers or female guardians and their daughters in 6th grade at the time of the Membership Drive. Membership could also be open to 7th-9th grade depending on current class size at the time of the Membership Drive.

• Sponsorship: A Prospective Member shall be sponsored by an Active Member and co-sponsored by an Active, Provisional or Sustainer Member in our Chapter. (We can help connect you with a sponsor and co-sponsor, if needed!).

• Residence: A Prospective Member shall reside in or attend school in the areas surrounding the Highway 141 Corridor, including South Forsyth, Gwinnett County, North Fulton County, Johns Creek, North Norcross and Peachtree Corners.

With a win on Friday, the JCHS Gladiators finished the Regular season 9-1 and are the AAAAAA, Region 7 Champs, punching their ticket into the Playoff Season with home field advantage. The team is setting out to earn their first playoff win in JCHS history. To encourage the team in post-season play, the Touchdown Board personally invites our AMMS Lion fans to join us at the JCHS Colosseum on Friday, November 15 at 7:30 p.m. as they take on Alexander High School in Round 1.

Let's pack the Johns Creek High School Coliseum and be part of history as we show our Band, Cheer, and Football Teams, how much we appreciate their hard work in reaching this level of play and drawing interest and positive attention to the Johns Creek Community. We will see you on Friday at 7:30 p.m!
