The OCE Hospitality Committee is in need of gift cards of any amount, which will be used for staff giveaways throughout the year.

Have a Starbucks gift card sitting in a drawer that you'll never use? We'll take it! If you're going to Target and feel like adding a $10 gift card to the conveyor belt, we'd love it!

Gift cards can be delivered to the front office. Thanks in advance for thinking of us!

The PTA Staff Appreciation Committee would like to shower our staff with snacks and goodies in the staff lounge weekly. They work hard, and having a little surprise can bring a lot of happiness to their day! Sign up here!

Please drop off items to the front office by Tuesday morning of each week. The fabulous ladies in the front office will get it to it's final destination!

The OCE First Mate program is an opportunity for dads, father figures, uncles, grandfathers, etc... to spend significant amounts of time in our school doing everything from reading in classrooms, to assisting at lunch, to interacting with students during recess. This program specifically targets a group that is statistically less likely to volunteer in schools.

We have full-day and half-day slots available. Interested? Register here!

All participants must be registered WCPSS volunteers.

We are looking for someone to head up our Spirit Nights! This person would be in charge of choosing the location and date for our monthly / bimonthly spirit nights! We have a list of locations that have been great to work with in the past but this person is also welcome to find new places that want to partner with our school if they choose!

If you are looking for a way to support our school PTA, this may be a great volunteer role for you! Please email mandymacnaughton@gmail.com, our PTA President, if you are interested in learning more.

We're excited to welcome families back into the cafeteria as lunch volunteers!

Whether you have 30 minutes or two hours, the OCE staff appreciates your support! In order to volunteer, you must be on the WCPSS approved volunteers list.

If you have not yet registered to be a WCPSS volunteer, you can do so in the OCE front office from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The ESL teacher is looking for volunteers to come in to support our Multilingual Learners (MLs) while she is administering annual testing. These volunteers will assist MLs with English activities, classwork and/or read with them. Please sign up for a 1 hour slot, where you will work with 2 students for half an hour each. You MUST be registered as a volunteer with WCPSS. Sign up here!
