Bonham Lady Warrior Athletics

All of our sports have wrapped up for this school year and as usual, I stop to reflect. From summer strength & conditioning sessions, to coaches meetings, to fall camp, followed by the beginning and the ending of 9 sports seasons, I pause to appreciate everyone involved with our athletic program. It definitely takes a village and I never underestimate the importance of each and every group that plays a role. As for now, we have already begun preparations for the '24-'25 seasons.

At our annual Girls Athletics Banquet, we took a moment to honor our seniors with our traditional candlelight ceremony. We are so thankful for these young ladies and will miss them dearly.

Kylee Trompler was the Area Runner-up in triple jump and bronze medalist in the long jump. These finishes gave her a spot in the regional meet for the 4th time in her 4 years of high school track. Parker Patton, freshman, also advanced with a 4th place finish in triple jump.

Our softball team qualified for the post-season again this year with a 4th place finish in a very competitive district.

We matched up against Emory Rains in the 1st round of the playoffs and came up short against the state semi-finalists from 2023. Here are the all-district honors for our Lady Warriors:
