Glenn Mandeville Memorial Scholarship- $5,000 (each), up to 8 awarded students. They are accepting applications on November 1, 2024. The deadline is January 31, 2025.

An applicant or parent/legal guardian must be a Member in good standing with EECU.
- Applicants must express in their application their intended field of study.
- The recipient of scholarship funds must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 to receive annual distribution funds.
- The scholarship must be used for study at an accredited college or university.
- Academic achievement, character, leadership, community involvement, work experience, and personal recommendations will be considered when selecting scholarship recipients.

Hagan Scholarship Foundation: The deadline is December 21, 2024. The Hagan Scholarship Link
The Hagan Scholarship is a nationwide four-year need-based merit scholarship providing each recipient with the opportunity to graduate from college debt-free, providing up to $6,000 each semester. After graduation from college, Hagan Scholars can apply for a two-year extension of their scholarship to attend graduate school or a professional school, receiving $6,000 each semester.
H-E-B Scholarship - $2,000. The deadline is Friday, January 31, 2025.
H-E-B is a Corporate Sponsor of the UIL and has its annual H-E-B Scholarship Program for Community Service Excellence opportunity.

Permian Basin Area Foundation: Application opens January 1 and closes April 1
This scholarship was created by Carl B. and Florence E. King Foundation in memory of Alec D. Ritzell. The scholarship benefits Sul Ross State University students who are pursuing either an undergraduate or graduate degree within the Department of Natural Resource Management in either Conservation Biology, Range Management or Wildlife Management. Recipients must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.0.

The Permian Basin Chapter of the Texas Society of Professional Engineering Scholarship - The deadline is January 31, 2025.

The Texas Telephone Association Foundation (TTAF): The TTA Foundation awards six, 4-year scholarships, with $1,000.00 per full time fall and spring semester for a total of $8,000, per award. Completed applications must be postmarked by March 14, 2025, and award winners will be announced in late April 2025. Incomplete/Complete applications will not be accepted for any reason after the deadline of March 14th , 2025.
