Principal's Note

Dear MMES Families,


A huge thank you goes out to the Essex Shipbuilding Museum for hosting fifth graders from MMES and EES for an amazing team building and local history learning experience this week. Students from both schools got together to learn about local maritime history and skills while working together to get out on the water to check for invasive green crabs in traps that were set in the river! There were smiles and laughs all around!


Kudos goes out to Mr. Carpenter and Ms. Dooley for an incredible concert last night that brought musicians together from both schools. They sounded absolutely amazing!


We love the "two towns, one community" that we are building together!

Sign Up for the North Shore PMC Kids Ride June 1st – Win a Bike!

Looking for a fun, meaningful way to get your kids active this spring? Join the North Shore PMC Kids Ride on Sunday, June 1st from 9–11 AM at Masconomo Park in Manchester-by-the-Sea!

Kids ages 2–15 can ride routes tailored to their age and ability—all while raising money for life-saving cancer research at Dana-Farber. Whether your little one is cruising the toddler loop or taking on the 11-mile challenge, there’s a ride for every rider.

Plus! Every registered rider is automatically entered into our bike raffle—your child could go home with a brand new bike!

Mobile Market at Memorial - Open Door

  • Mobile Markets will then run from 2:30-3:30pm through January on the first Wednesday of each month.
  • Mobile Market will run on an early release schedule of 11am-12:15pm on the first Wednesday of each month in February, March, May, and June.
